How to Make a Reservation for the Executive Retreat

Reservation Process

For information regarding program fees, program duration, please contact us anytime. In order for you to secure a bed a minimum $2,500 non-refundable deposit is required. After deciding enrollment day, and bedroom preference, we will arrange a driver to pick you up at the airport as well as any specific accommodations you might need.  The remainder of the balance is due one week before arrival. Changes may be made to your reservation provided it is one week prior to arrival.   All bed registration fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Unlike the vast majority of programs, the St. Jude Retreats gives you the opportunity to decide if our program is right for you. That is why we offer the following refund policy:

Please be advised that guests who leave voluntarily are eligible for a pro-rated refund of the balance paid after the non-refundable registration fee. For guests who leave voluntarily within the first week, the payer may receive a 75% refund; for those who leave voluntarily during the second week, the payer may receive a 50% refund and for those who leave during the third week the payer may receive a 25% refund. All refund requests must be submitted to the Finance Director in writing by the payer(s) within 14 days of the guest's voluntary departure via certified mail. Guests who are asked to leave the program by the Program Director are not eligible for a refund.
