How to Make a Reservation for the Executive Retreat

Reservation Process

For information regarding program fees, program duration, please contact us anytime. In order for you to secure a bed a minimum $2,500 non-refundable deposit is required. After deciding enrollment day, and bedroom preference, we will arrange a driver to pick you up at the airport as well as any specific accommodations you might need.

The remainder of the balance is due one week before arrival; rescheduling less than 1 week in advance of your start date will require an additional registration fee of $2500.00. All bed registration fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Please be advised that guests who leave voluntarily may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the number of full weeks not in attendance. All refund requests must be submitted to the Executive Director in writing by the payer(s) within 14 days of the guest's voluntary departure. Guests who are asked to leave the program by the Program Director are not eligible for a refund.
